Yaowarat Road at Night – Street Food, Neon Signs and Crowds in Bangkok Chinatown

Yaowarat Road comes alive after dark. Under a sea of Chinese and Thai neon signs, buses, taxis, street food stalls and crowds compete for space along one of Bangkok’s most vibrant streets. This photograph captures the energy and authentic street life of Bangkok Chinatown, where traditional businesses and modern city life meet.

As a travel and documentary photographer, I was drawn to the layers of people, light, traffic and signage that make Yaowarat such a unique part of Bangkok.
